Sign-in and order records
The sales service uses your ChatGPT sign-in to associate an order with your account. It stores your account reference, name and email, the package and terms accepted for the order, payment status, assigned exam access, and delivery records. A private order page is available to the buyer and authorized organizers.
Your assigned exam codes and instructions appear on your private order page after payment is confirmed. Keep them private.
Payments through Stripe
Payment details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout. This website does not collect or store your card number or card security code. It sends the order reference, email, package description, currency, and amount to Stripe, and saves payment references and status for fulfillment and support.
Stripe handles payment information under its privacy policy. A return from checkout does not by itself confirm that payment succeeded.
Exam-access email
After verified payment, the site uses Resend to send your assigned Session and Credit codes, instructions, order link, and support details to the email associated with your order. Resend receives that email address and message content, including the exam codes. The site keeps a copy of the message and its delivery status for order support.
Resend's handling and retention are separate from this website's storage. See its privacy policy. Copies in your email account are also subject to your email provider's handling. Keep your access codes private.
Sales retention and support
Orders and email delivery records do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. They support exam-access delivery, payment confirmation, and order questions. Exam purchases do not send information to an AI review service.
For an order or privacy request, contact certsteadyprep@gmail.com. Deleting a record from this website would not automatically delete records held by Stripe, Resend, your email provider, or the testing services.
Testing through ESCO and ProctorU
The assigned instructions direct you to ESCO's approved remote-testing process. ESCO and ProctorU have their own account, identification, room-check, recording, and privacy requirements. You create your testing account and schedule your appointment with the testing provider.

Information from earlier check-ins
If you used the former check-in service, your earlier records may contain registration details, consent, equipment-check results, review notes, and image references. These records remain private. That service is closed to new submissions, and an earlier approval does not grant admission to a new test.
Submitted ID, selfie, and room images remain in private storage under their original expiration rules. Viewing requires an authorized proctor account. Image access ends when the check-in expires, within 24 hours of its creation.
Expired images are deleted when records are manually cleaned up, rather than at an exact scheduled time. Closing the service did not delete existing records. Check-in details and review notes have no automatic deletion schedule.
The former workflow offered optional OpenAI image-quality checks for ID photos and selfies, plus automated room-photo review. Those checks did not authenticate an ID, compare faces, or establish liveness. The proctor made the identity decision. OpenAI's handling of any previously submitted images is separate from this website's retention; new reviews cannot run while the workflow is archived.
